Colors of the Mind is a guided, experiential webinar that uses simple art-based techniques to help participants explore emotions, release stress, and reconnect with themselves in a gentle, non-judgmental space.

  • White sheets, sketchbook, or digital drawing tool

  • Color pencils, crayons, markers, watercolors, or paints

  • Brushes, palette, and water cup (if using paints)

  • Optional decorative items (stencils, glitter, etc.)

  • Apron or old clothes (recommended if using paints)
